Residents are urged to call the Coralville Police at 248-1800 to report all thefts, suspicious vehicles, individuals or groups. Coralville Police have been contacted and asked to increase patrol after additional front lawn items were reported missing early this spring.
Below is a report from our neighbor Barb Hoss (2223 JL) regarding increased patrol activity...
C'ville PD called and knocked on our door about 1:30 am because the garage door was open and motion light was on. We now know they are patrolling the area. ;).

| Form for Board Approval to Changes to Landscape |

In the documents section you will find a Board approval form for residents seeking to make improvements or alterations outside of their Units. Board approval is required for all changes except the planting of flowers.
Article VIII 3(c) of the Declaration provides that: "The Unit Owner shall maintain, at his or her expense, any improvement or other alteration made by him or her."
